Are the medicines you provide genuine?

Instant eCare is a fully regulated and registered pharmacy. We obtain our medicinal products from leading pharmaceutical distributors in the UK who also supply major high street pharmacies.

Instant eCare only provides medicines that are safe, genuine, and clinically proven. All our medicinal products adhere to UK standards and regulations. We will not compromise on quality or standards of our medicines.

Do I need a prescription to order?

You do not need an existing prescription to use our service. We offer a free consultation, which is reviewed by one of our prescribers who will issue a private prescription if you are eligible.

Can I use an existing prescription?

We do not currently accept existing NHS prescriptions. If you would like us to dispense a private prescription please call our customer support on 029 2125 8800 for further advice.

What is an online consultation?

An online consultation is a set of questions that you answer, which allows us to determine if you are suitable for treatment. 

How do I know my order has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation when you place an order with details of the order including the order reference number.

 Is the service you provide private and confidential?

We adhere to the Data Protection Act. Your medical data and order history is completely confidential and will only be viewable by our pharmacy staff, pharmacists, and prescribers.
