You do not need an existing prescription to use our service. We offer a free consultation, which is reviewed by one of our prescribers who will issue a private prescription if you are eligible.

Yes, you can repeat your order. You can do this from your Account by logging in. You will see a re-order button against your order history which will allow you to quickly and simply reorder your treatment.
