Why We Need Your Data

We need your data to both safely and legally determine whether or not certain medications are suitable for you.

As a healthcare service, it’s crucial that we retain your data. All data you submit to us is part of your medical record, which we are legally required to keep on file until 10 years after your death.

What Data We Collect

When you order from us, we only take personal data from you that is necessary to produce an accurate and legal medical prescription.

The data we collect includes:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Billing address
  • Shipping address
  • Contact number
  • Email address

You can read more about the categories of data that we capture in our privacy policy.

How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is only seen by our pharmacy team and courier service. Your data is first seen by our independent pharmacy prescriber who approves or rejects your order. It is then passed on to a pharmacy dispenser who dispenses the medication. Finally your data is reviewed by our pharmacist as a third line of defense to ensure that you are receiving treatment that is suitable for you.

Your Data and Third Parties

Some of the third parties we use need your data too. This is to ensure you get your products both correctly and efficiently. We only share data that is strictly necessary with third parties.

For example your name, contact number and shipping address are passed on to the courier, but no medical information is shared with them. The third parties we use are all GDPR compliant. You can read more about this in our privacy policy.

Your Rights

While other institutions can delete your data, we are required by law to keep a hold of your medical records until ten years after death.

However, you are allowed to ask for a copy of the information we hold on you at any time. You can also get in touch with us to edit your information at any time.
