What is Epiduo Gel?

How does Epiduo Gel work?
Epiduo has two active ingredients, adapalene and benzoyl peroxide. Adapalene is from a family of medicines called retinoids. Retinoids act on the skin processes that cause acne, while benzoyl peroxide is an antimicrobial agent that softens and peels the outer layer of the skin.
